Ten (10) deluxe sleeping rooms have been blocked from Sunday, May 11 to Saturday, May 17 (Saturday is an extra night available if needed). Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out is 12:00 noon.
Individuals must call to make their hotel reservations. The cutoff date is Friday, April 25.
Participants will be charged a negotiated rate of $99.00 per night (+15.25% and any additional taxes or fees). Please mention the Case Western Reserve Workshop when making your reservation to obtain this special rate.
Self-parking upon arrival is $16.00 per car; Valet is $22.00 per car. The Wyndham will provide complimentary transportation to/from CWRU.
Notes for Friday:
- It would be a good idea to check-out of the hotel on Friday morning and bring your bags with you to campus. That way you can leave for the airport directly from CWRU. Your bags can be stored for the day in the Yeager Center offices which will be locked and watched all day.
- Because the workshop ends at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and because everyone has different flight schedules, there is no formal transportation scheduled for Friday afternoon. Otherwise, ACE Taxi can transport up to four people from CWRU to the airport. The phone number for ACE Taxi is (216) 361-4700.
