Rooms have been reserved at a special negotiated rate of US$119.00 (king) or US$129.00 (queen x2) per night, from Saturday, August 7 through Saturday, August 14. The daily rate includes:
- 1 room with king bed ($119/night) or two queen beds ($129/night)
- Full American breakfast buffet
- Overnight parking
- Round-trip shuttle

Reservations will be accepted until Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Reservations outside the designated room block will be accepted on a space-available basis. A guaranteed reservation will be held the night of the arrival date. Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date, or else the guest (or guest's organization) will be billed for that night's room rate plus all applicable taxes.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 noon. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Round-trip shuttle service will be provided by Hilton Garden Inn to the CWRU campus.
NOTE: All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
