Rooms have been reserved at a special negotiated rate of US$139.00 (single queen bed) per night, from Saturday, August 8 through Saturday, August 12.
Room rates include: parking, a European-style hot and cold breakfast, high-speed wireless internet access, and local phone calls. Valet parking services are available for an extra fee.

Reservations will be accepted until Friday, July 18, 2011. Reservations outside the designated room block will be accepted on a space-available basis. A guaranteed reservation will be held the night of the arrival date. Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date, or else the guest (or guest's organization) will be billed for that night's room rate plus all applicable taxes.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the first day reserved. Check-out is at 12:00 noon.
NOTE: All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
